Modern Calligraphy for the Busy Mind

• How do we rest our mind while accomplishing something extraordinary? We have been trained to be better at all things we touch, then how can we ever rest in this life?!
• Being a New Yorker, we all have a competitive habitual pattern where you agree with it or not.  I commit to setting up an environment to let inquisitive minds rest and learn through Chinese Calligraphy practice, which is known for its calming effects and health benefits.
• Our busy mind rests with the subtle movement of the brush, then many doors of life will open because you are resting finally.
  
• 90 minute per session, 8 sessions is recommended to build the foundation of essential strokes.
